Mindfulness at work
Facilitators
is a training program designed to alter stress reactions through teaching greater awareness of mind, body and breath. The backbone of the course is a gentle introduction to meditation practice.

The course includes work on:
understanding stress
healthy breathing
relaxation techniques
mindfulness of thought and feeling
gentle yoga
mindfulness meditation
developing regular practice

This course consists of experiential work, being taught, and reflecting on the practice in small groups.
